What membership includes
Case discussions
Submit and discuss clinical cases with colleagues worldwide, organised by TOS subtype and moderated by the collaborative.
Member directory
Full profiles of every member, filterable by specialty, country and area of TOS expertise — built for finding collaborators.
Research participation
Join open multicenter studies individually or on behalf of your center, and submit your own research proposals.
Education library
Members-only lectures, operative videos and recorded webinars, in addition to the public material.
Certificates
A membership certificate with a unique number and QR verification, plus attendance certificates for collaborative events.
How to join

Complete the application form
Your specialty, institution, country, areas of TOS expertise, and any documents you wish to attach.

Review by the membership committee
Applications are read individually. Most decisions are made within two to three weeks.

Account activation
Approved applicants receive an email to set a password and complete their public profile. Declined applicants may re-apply.

Affiliate with a center
From your profile you can request affiliation with one or more listed TOS centers, or ask for a new center to be added. A confirmed affiliation is required to submit registry data on a center’s behalf.
