Every content type — pages, news, guidelines, resources, education items, events and center pages — is edited in the same block editor: headings and size presets, bold, italic, underline, text and background colours, alignment, lists, tables, multi-column layouts, links, images, embedded videos, and downloadable Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF attachments.

Typography follows the agreed design system, so every page stays consistent with the TOSIC brand and remains accessible.

Registry counter

Subscribers from the website form flow automatically into Brevo. Newsletters are composed and sent from the Brevo dashboard, with open and click analytics there. Newsletter mail is sent separately from system mail to protect sender reputation.

Registration and payment stay on the event’s own website; the platform shows the code and links out.

Members only — play through protected, expiring links

Videos are uploaded here and delivered by the dedicated streaming service, so playback stays smooth and does not slow the website.

A connection to an external research system can replace manual figures in a later phase.

Select members individually or upload the attendance list. Certificates are generated into each member’s profile and the members are notified.

This is the starter configuration. Anyone holding role-management permission can rename, adjust, extend or replace any role, and compose new ones — Content Editor, Case Moderator, Research Reviewer, Events Manager, Membership Officer, Study Coordinator, Country Representative — from the permission catalog (module × action). Changes take effect immediately.
